It all began in 2021. Tina was living in London when she decided to work remotely from Dubai to be closer to her family. At the time, she and Kevin worked at the same firm — though they’d never met. A few months later, after hearing from two mentors that she should reach out to Kevin, who had just moved from London, she finally sent him a message.

What started as a quick coffee about work turned into hours of conversation about travel, family, and everything in between. A few friendly invites (and some persistence) later, Kevin convinced Tina to join him for rooftop drinks — and that evening, something clicked. The next day brought wakeboarding out at sea, marking the first of many adventures to come.

When work took Tina back to London, they spent nearly three years in long distance — countless flights, calls, and airport reunions — until 2024, when Tina finally moved back to Dubai, where their story continues, side by side, in the city where it all began.
